I've been using this Breville bread maker for a while now and it's a solid performer. The 13 programs cover everything from basic white to gluten-free and even jam. The raisin/nut dispenser is nifty for adding mix-ins without opening the lid. The crust control gives you lighter or darker loaves, and the keep warm function keeps bread fresh until you're ready. It's not the cheapest machine, but build quality is good with a stainless steel finish. Downsides: it's heavy and takes up counter space. Also, the 2 lb loaf is adequate for most families but could be small for larger households.
