Our take
I bought this as a replacement dicing disc for my Sous Chef Pro. The 12mm grid gives nice uniform cubes for potatoes, carrots, etc. The build quality is typical Breville: sturdy stainless steel. However, this listing is for the disc only, not the whole processor. Make sure you have the base before ordering. The price is reasonable for an OEM part. It's used, but mine arrived in good shape.
