Found a great deal on this used Sous Chef. The 16-cup bowl is huge—perfect for big batches. The 1200 W motor handles anything I throw at it, including stiff dough. I love the included accessory case; everything stays organized. Being used, it had minor scuffs but works perfectly. No warranty is a risk, but the build quality seems robust. A powerful addition.
