I've been using the Breville Sous Chef 12-cup for a few weeks, and it handles most tasks well. The 1000-watt motor is strong enough for dough and chopping. I like the pulse function for control. It comes with plenty of accessories—shredder, slicer, and more. The brushed finish looks nice on my counter. However, it only has one speed, and the bowl is on the smaller side if you're cooking for a crowd. At $198, it's a solid mid-range processor.
